NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EAST RICHLAND COUNTY PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 OPERATING BUDGET Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the East Richland County Public Service District Commission, the governing body of the East Richland County Public Service District at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, the 26th day of June, 2026. The hearing will be held at the offices of the East Richland County Public Service District, which are located at 704 Ross Road, Columbia, SC. The purpose of the hearing will be to allow members of the public to express their views regarding the proposed operating budget for East Richland County Public Service District for the Fiscal Year 2026-2027. All persons who attend the public hearing will be given an opportunity to speak. As required by Section 6-1-80, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as amended, the public is advised of the following: 1. The operating budget of East Richland County Public Service District for the current fiscal year provides for total revenues of $14,597,100 and expenditures of $14,597,100. 2. The proposed operating budget for fiscal year 2026-2027 provides for revenues of $14,970,100 and operating expenditures of $14,970,100. 3. The proposed revenue for the fiscal year 2026-2027 operating budget of East Richland County Public Service District represents a 3% increase in revenue and a 3% increase in expenditures from the operating budget for the current fiscal year. 4.
