Notice A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE RICHLAND COUNTY COUNCIL Pursuant to Section 4-9-130, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, a public hearing will be held before the Richland County Council, at a Regular Session Meeting in the Council Chambers, second (2nd) floor, Richland County Administration Building, 2020 Hampton Street, Columbia, South Carolina, on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing proponents and opponents prior to final action on the final issue(s): a.
