PUBLIC NOTICE OF SIGNIFICANT VIOLATOR(S) OF INDUSTRIAL PRETREATMENT STANDARDS, TOWN OF CHERAW, SC In compliance with Title 40 of Code of Federal Regulation, Part 403 (General Pretreatment Regulations), the Town of Cheraw, County of Chesterfield, State of South Carolina is required to publish annually a list of those industries that discharge wastewater directly or indirectly to the Town of Cheraw wastewater collection and treatment systems and who fail to comply with the terms and conditions of that discharge as listed in the Town's industrial pretreatment program to the extent that they meet the criteria of "Significant Violator" as defined in the Town's industrial pretreatment program.
