PUBLIC HEARING SCHEDULED FOR RICHLAND ONE 2026-2027 BUDGET Richland County School District One will hold a public hearing on the 2026-2027 general operating budget at 6 p.m., Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at the Stevenson Administration Building, 1616 Richland Street, Columbia, SC 29201. The hearing will be held during the board's regularly scheduled meeting that evening. The livestream of the meeting will be provided via the District's website (www.richlandone.org). Total revenues and expenditures from Richland One's current (2025-2026) general fund operating budget are $425,398,762. The local millage for the current year is 254.3. The district's minimum proposed projected revenues and expenditures for the 2026-2027 budget are $426,490,844. The estimated increase in revenues and expenditures for the 2026-2027 budget is 0.3 percent.
