NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION SOUTHERN INSULATION, INC. To all persons with claims against SOUTHERN INSULATION, INC. ("Southern Insulation"), and all other persons concerned: Take notice that Southern Insulation, a South Carolina corporation, was administratively dissolved in 1991. Pursuant to Section 33-14-107 of the South Carolina Code, Southern Insulation hereby publishes its notice of dissolution and requests that persons with claims against Southern Insulation present them in full detail, including the amount of the claim, the circumstances from which it arises, and the identity and address of the claimant, to the office of Southern Insulation's Receiver at 2110 N. Beltline Blvd. Columbia, SC 29204. A claim against Southern Insulation is barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after publication of this notice.
