NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FY 2027 OPERATING BUDGET COUNTY OF RICHLAND COLUMBIA, SOUTH CAROLINA The County of Richland, South Carolina hereby gives notice of a public hearing to be held on adopting the Annual Operating Budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027. The public hearing shall be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. The General Fund millage proposed for FY2027 is forthcoming and will be published. The estimated property tax revenue from the proposed millage for the General Fund for FY 2027 is $114,293,000. This is an estimated value and is subject to change. The FY 2027 amended values put forth are not final and are subject to change.
