PUBLIC NOTICE Babcock Center, Inc. a non-profit, 501(c) 3 organization that provides residential and day supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, head and spinal cord injuries and related disabilities is applying for assistance under the Large Urban Section 5310, Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Program. Applications will be submitted to the Central Midlands Council of Governments, for assistance to obtain three ADA vehicles to be utilized by Babcock Center, Inc. in the transport of people with lifelong disabilities.
