PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND 2023 - 2033 Rural Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP) Opportunity for Public Review and Comment 21–Day Public Notice April 7, 2026 to April 30, 2026 The Central Midlands Council of Governments (CMCOG) currently has a proposed amendment for the FY 2023 – 2033 Rural Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP). This proposed amendment is available for public review and comment. The RTIP serves as the 10-year project priority listing and funding program for the Central Midlands Council of Governments (CMCOG) and as the Program of Projects for the rural area transit agencies. Proposed Amendment(s) to the 2023 – 2033 Rural Transportation Improvement Program include(s): The addition of $89,988 in Section 5310 Funds as administered by SCDOT for the Babcock Center. The addition of $100,000 in Section 5310 Funds as administered by SCDOT for the Fairfield County Disability and Special Needs Board. The CMCOG gives notice of intent to amend its 2023 – 2033 Rural Transportation Improvement Program.
