YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the original Summons and Complaint in the above entitled action were filed in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Orangeburg County, South Carolina on January 29, 2026, the object and prayer of which is to obtain Quiet Title to real property located in Orangeburg County, South Carolina, and other relief as set forth in the Complaint.

LIS PENDENS: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an action has been or will be commenced in this Court upon Complaint of the above-named Plaintiffs against the above-named Defendants and against the following property located in Orangeburg County: The litigation will seek to partition the subject land, seek to quiet title to the property, and it will seek a declaration that the Plaintiffs are the sole owners of said land. The property involved in this litigation is described as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, situate, lying and being near the Southeastern Corporate limits of the Town of Norway, Willow Township, County of Orangeburg, State of South Carolina, being designated as Lot No. 5 of sub-division of property of J. W. Williamson made by John M. Tatum, REg. L.S., said lot bounding and measuring thereon one hundred ten (110) feet; on the East by Lot No. 1 and measuring thereon fifty feet (50); on the South by Lot No. 6 and measuring thereon one hundred ten (110) feet; and on the West by Street of said sub-division and measuring thereon fifty feet (50) ; and being a portion of the same tract of land formerly owned by C. B. Beason. Said lot being more particularly set out on Plat of John M. Tatum, Reg. L. S., and appearing of record in the office of the Clerk of Court for Orangeburg County in Plat Book 12, Page 135 dated November 14, 1961.
Less and except any road right-of-way of record. Grantors do not assume any liability for unpaid taxes. Source of title Book 351, page 161.

All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, situate, lying and being near the Town of Norway, Norway/Springfield School District No. 1, County of Orangeburg , State of South Carolina, being more particularly described and delineated as Lot No. Seven (7) in Block No. One (1) on a plat prepared for J.W. Williamson by John Tatum, R.L.S, ., and recoded in Plat Book 16, at Page 126, Office of the Clerk of Court for Orangeburg County, with the following boundaries and measurements, to wit: on the NORTH by Lot No. Six (6), Block One (1) and measuring thereon One Hundred Ten (110') feet, more or less; on the EAST by Lot No. Three (3), Block No. One (1) and measuring thereon fifty (50') feet, more or less; on the SOUTH by Lot No. Eight (8), Block No. One (1) and measuring thereon One Hundred Ten (110) feet, more or less; and on the WEST by a proposed street and measuring thereon One Hundred Ten (110') feet, more or less, which measurements and boundaries will more fully appear by reference to said plat.
This is the identical property conveyed to Lois B. Williams by deed of J. W. Williamson, dated May 11, 1965, and recorded November 20, 1967, in Deed Book 300, at Page 490, office of the RMC for Orangeburg County. Tax Map No. 0059-01-10-003-000 # 383970

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there has been filed in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Orangeburg County, State of South Carolina, an Order, appointing for you as Guardian-ad-Litem, Nisi, Attorney MICHAEL CULLER, whose address is 1540 RUSSELL ST., ORANGEBURG, SC 29115, which appointment shall become absolute upon the expiration of thirty (30) days following the last day of the publication of a copy of the filed Summons, Notice of Intent to Refer, and Notice Nisi, herein, unless you or someone in your behalf, on or before the above mentioned date, procure someone to be appointed as the Guardian-ad-Litem to represent you and your interest in the above entitled action.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that upon the expiration of thirty (30) days following the service of a copy of the Notice of Filing Complaint, Summons, Lis Pendens, Notice of Order Appointing Guardian Ad Litem, Notice of Intent to Refer, and Order of Publication herein upon you, the Plaintiffs, through their undersigned attorney, will appear before the Honorable Presiding Judge of the Court of Common Pleas in and for the County of Orangeburg, State of South Carolina, and will move His Honor for an Order, referring the above entitled matter to the Master in Equity for Orangeburg County or in the alternative a Special Referee, with finality of authority, and for any appeal to be taken from the Final Judgment and Decree of the Master of Equity or in the alternative a Special Referee for Orangeburg County, shall be directly to the Supreme Court of South Carolina.

ORDER FOR PUBLICATION: IT APPEARING to my satisfaction from the attached Affidavit of, Glenn Walters, Esquire, Attorney for the Plaintiffs, and the Complaint herein, that a cause of action exists in favor of the Plaintiffs against the above named Defendants, to Quiet Title of real estate located in the County and State aforesaid; that the said Defendants, to wit: THE HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OFALBERT PARLER, JOHN DOE, ADULTS, RICHARD ROE, INFANTS, JANE DOE, [hereinafter referred to as the "Unknown Defendants"] whose identities and whereabouts are unknown. IT FURTHER APPEARING that S.C. Code § 15-9-710(5) allows the Court to issue an order of publication "when the subject of the action is real or personal property in this State and the defendants have or claims a lien or interest, actual or contingent, therein or the relief demanded consists wholly or partly in excluding the defendant from any interest or lien therein". NOW THEREFORE, on the Motion of Attorney for the Plaintiffs, it is hereby ORDERED, that the Summons herein, together with the Notice of Filing thereof in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Orangeburg County, South Carolina, be served upon the Defendants hereinabove, by publication of the same in a newspaper in the County and State aforesaid, which newspaper is most likely to give notice to the said Defendants(s), once a week for three consecutive weeks; and that since the whereabouts of said defendants or their last known address is unknown to Plaintiffs, that Plaintiffs dispense with the need to mail a copy to the last known address of said Defendants, if known.
