A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE RICHLAND COUNTY COUNCIL Pursuant to Section 4-9-130, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, a public hearing will be held before the Richland County Council, at a Regular Session Meeting in the Council Chambers, second (2nd) floor, Richland County Administration Building, 2020 Hampton Street, Columbia, South Carolina, on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing proponents and opponents prior to final action on the final issue(s): a. An Ordinance Authorizing an easement to the City of Columbia for storm drainage improvements located at 3616 Kolob Street, Columbia, SC 29205 (TMS #R17702-06-02); and as is more fully described herein b. An Ordinance Authorizing a temporary construction easement to the City of Columbia for sanitary sewer improvements located at 3875 Lucius Road, Columbia, SC 29210 (TMS #R09103-10-03); and as is more fully described herein c. An Ordinance Authorizing an easement to the City of Columbia to construct, operate, reconstruct, and maintain a sanitary sewer main located at 201 John Mark Dial Drive, Columbia, SC 29209 (TMS #R16100-03-07); and as is more fully described herein d. An Ordinance Authorizing an easement to the City of Columbia to construct, operate, reconstruct, and maintain a sanitary sewer main located at 1151 Old Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, SC 29209 (TMS #R19011-02-10); and as is more fully described herein e.
