PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Allied Nurses, LLC intends to file an application with the South Carolina Department of Public Health for a Certificate of Need pursuant to the South Carolina Certificate of Need and Health Facility Licensure Act. The proposed project involves the establishment of a home health agency to be located in Aiken, Aiken County, South Carolina. The agency will provide skilled nursing and related home health services in patients' residences, primarily serving individuals eligible under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA). Services will be provided within the following South Carolina counties: Aiken, Edgefield, Barnwell, Allendale, Bamberg, Orangeburg, McCormick, Greenwood, Saluda, Lexington, Calhoun, Clarendon, Berkeley, Dorchester, Colleton, Hampton, Jasper, Beaufort, Charleston, Georgetown, Williamsburg, Sumter, Richland, Fairfield, Newberry, Laurens, Abbeville, Anderson, Oconee, Pickens, Greenville, Spartanburg, Union, Cherokee, York, Chester, Lancaster, Kershaw, Chesterfield, Marlboro, Darlington, Lee, Dillon, Marion, Florence, and Horry Counties. The estimated total capital cost of the project is $38,000. This notice is published for three (3) consecutive days in accordance with South Carolina law.
