Public Hearing
The West Columbia Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing to consider the following:
• Consider a special exception request for construction use located at 1100 Charleston Highway (TMS: 004632-03-007), West Columbia, SC, zoned General Commercial (C-2).
• Consider a special exception request for construction use located at North Line Street (TMS: 004657-12-011), West Columbia, SC, zoned General Commercial (C-2).
The public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at the West Columbia City Hall, 200 N. 12th Street on Tuesday
March 17 , 2026, at 6 PM.
