CITY OF CAMDEN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. Section 6-1-80 (1976, as amended) and S.C. Code Ann. Section 6-1-330(A) (1976, as amended), the City Council of the City of Camden (the "City"), will conduct a public hearing (the "Hearing") related to an amendment to the City's annual budget for the Fiscal Year 2025-2026, which proposed amendment appropriates funding to acquire that certain property identified as TMS No. C285-09-00-053 (the "Amendment"). The Hearing will be held during the City Council meeting on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as time permits) in the City Council chambers, which are located at 1000 Lyttleton Street, Camden, SC. A copy of the agenda for the City Council meeting will be available on the City's website: https://experiencecamdensc.com/government/mayor-and-city-council/meeting-agendas-and-minutes/, at least 24-hours in advance of the date and time for the meeting.
