NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FAIRFIELD JOINT WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM The Commission of the Fairfield Joint Water and Sewer System, the governing body of the Fairfield Joint Water and Sewer System, South Carolina (the "FJWSS") will conduct a public hearing (the "Hearing") to receive public comments regarding an amendment to the 208 Water Quality Management Plant for the Central Midlands Region concerning the construction of a wastewater treatment plant (the "Plant") in southern Fairfield County with a planned discharge of treated effluent into the Broad River at a location in southern Fairfield County. FJWSS will provide an update to the public on the status of the Plant and its proposed location, and all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard and express their views at the Hearing. The Hearing shall occur in the County Council Chambers of the Fairfield County Government Complex located at 250 N.
