Shakespeare Site 6111 Shakespeare Road & 3801 Westmore Drive, Columbia Notice of Voluntary Cleanup Contract with Responsible Party On December 5, 2025, Shakespeare Company, LLC (Shakespeare) entered into Responsible Party Voluntary Cleanup Contract ("VCC") number 25-6147-RP with the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services (SCDES) regarding the Shakespeare Site located at 6111 Shakespeare Road and 3801 Westmore Drive, Columbia, in Richland County ("Site"). The Property is currently used for manufacturing nylon and monofilaments for various applications, as well as, for the manufacture and distribution of antennas for communication systems. As part of the VCC, Shakespeare agreed to perform and fund an investigation of the Site under SCDES's oversight. Shakespeare will also reimburse SCDES's oversight costs relating to this VCC.
