The proposed project will provide skilled home health care services in the following South Carolina counties: Abbeville, Aiken, Anderson, Charleston, Cherokee, Darlington, Florence, Greenville, Greenwood, Laurens, Lexington, Newberry, Oconee, Orangeburg, Pickens, Richland, Spartanburg, Sumter, Union, and York.
