NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF ARCADIA LAKES FISCAL YEAR 2026 OPERATING BUDGET Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Mayor and Council of the Town of Arcadia Lakes, the governing body of the Town of Arcadia Lakes, at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 18th, 2025. The hearing will be held at the Town of Arcadia Lakes town hall which is located at 6911 Ste. 2, North Trenholm Road, Columbia, SC. The purpose of the hearing will be to allow members of the public to express their views regarding the proposed operating budget for the Town of Arcadia Lakes for the Fiscal Year 2026. All persons who attend the public hearing will be given an opportunity to speak. As required by Section 6-1-80, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as amended, the public is advised of the following: 1. The operating budget of the Town of Arcadia Lakes for the current fiscal year provides for total revenues of $393,000.00 and expenditures of $ 393,000.00. 2. The proposed operating budget for fiscal year 2026 provides for revenues of $ 461,500.00 and operating expenditures of $ 461,500.00. 3. The proposed revenue for the fiscal year 2026-2027 operating budget of the Town of Arcadia Lakes represents a 17% increase in revenue and a 17% increase in expenditures from the operating budget for the current fiscal year.
