Witt Street (TMS 004638-05-017) zoned C3. Establish the zoning of LM for two parcels totaling 3.46 acres at 355 & 353 Dreher Road (TMS# 005747-05-018 & 005747-05-019). Establish the zoning of LM for one parcel totaling 3.22 acres at 919 North Lucas Street (TMS (TMS# 004663-01-011). Establish the zoning of C2 for one parcel totaling 4.43 acres at Mathias Road (TMS# 004597- 10-076).
