PUBLIC NOTICE Babcock Center, Inc. a non-profit, 501(c) 3 organization that provides residential and day supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, head and spinal cord injuries and related disabilities is applying for assistance under the Small Urban Section 5310, Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Program. An application has been submitted to the South Carolina Department of Transportation, for assistance to obtain an ADA Purpose Built vehicle to be utilized by Babcock Center, Inc. in the transport of people with lifelong disabilities who reside in a Babcock Center residential home in Batesburg/Leesville in Lexington County.
