MECKLENBURG COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Community Development Block Grant Entitlement Program SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT FOR PROGRAM YEARS 2020, 2022, 2024, AND 2025 Public Hearing and 30-Day Public Comment Period October 28, 2026 Mecklenburg County is seeking comments on the draft Substantial Amendment for the Annual Action Plans (AAPs) associated with Program Years 2020, 2022, 2024, and 2025 for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The 30-day comment period will start on October 29, 2026, and will conclude on November 30, 2026. The draft Substantial Amendment for the Annual Action Plans for Program Years 2020, 2022, 2024, and 2025 is available for review at the County Manager's Office, at Centralina Regional Council, and electronically on the County's website at https://mgr.mecknc.gov/programs/CDBG. The County will hold a virtual and in-person public hearing on Tuesday, November 24, 2026, at 4:00 PM at Centralina Regional Council, located at 10735 David Taylor Drive, Charlotte, NC 28265, Second Floor, Suite 250.
