Pine Grove Circle Renovation Project Bid Advertisement Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00pm, on November 20 th , 2026, in the Hoffman Conference Room on the 4th floor of the Russell S. Rozzelle Office Building located at 2145 Suttle Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28208, for the construction of the Pine Grove Circle Facility Renovation at which time and place bids will be opened and read aloud. The construction project involves the partial renovation of an approximately 40,000 SF building area including the development of new office space, warehouse space, and exterior improvements. The renovation work will require improvements within the following disciplines: architectural, civil, plumbing, structural, mechanical, fire suppression, and electrical improvements. Single-prime, lump sum bids will be taken for construction as indicated in the bidding documents. Proposals must be made on standard forms furnished by the County.
