TO: LUAN THANH NGUYEN TAKE NOTICE that a pleading seeking relief against you has been filed in the above-entitled action. The nature of the relief being sought is as follows: On or about May 18, 2022, Luan Thanh Nguyen ("Defendant") executed a Security Agreement and Advance Receipt (the "Security Agreement") with Founders Federal Credit Union ("Plaintiff"). Pursuant to the Security Agreement, Plaintiff advanced funds to Defendant for the purchase of a 2015 GMC Yukon, VIN# 1GKS2CKJ7FR651189 (the "Collateral), and Defendant granted Plaintiff a security interest in the Collateral. Defendant failed to make payments when due under the Security Agreement and is in default of his obligations thereunder. After providing all credits due to Defendant, Defendant remains indebted to Plaintiff under the Security Agreement in the principal amount of no less than $21,642.94, plus accrued interest in the amount of $549.66 as of September 11, 2026, plus interest continuing to accrue at the rate of $1.773 per day from and after September 11, 2026 until the date of judgment, and thereafter at the lower of the maximum legal rate or the rate of the Security Agreement until paid, plus late fees. Plaintiff's pleading also includes a claim for claim and delivery seeking an order for immediate possession of the Collateral. Therefore, this notice also constitutes a Notice of Hearing in Claim and Delivery, which is scheduled for November 23, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. via Webex.
