CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT

The City of Charlotte's Housing & Neighborhood Services is preparing submission of the Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER) to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The report outlines progress toward carrying out priorities and specific objectives identified in HUD's FY2025 and the City's FY2026 Annual Action Plan during the period July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
The draft CAPER will be available for public review and comment from September 09, 2026, through September 24, 2026. Your participation in this process will help ensure that the needs of Charlotte's citizens are understood and federal resources are allocated to meet the needs of the community.
