ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Town of Davidson will receive sealed bids for the following project: Project: FY 2026 Resurfacing Project Bid Opening Date and Time: Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Bid Opening Location: Davidson Town Hall, 251 South Street, Davidson, NC 28036 Project Description: The work will consist of pavement resurfacing and improvements, including milling, paving, patching, crack sealing, pavement markings, and traffic control on streets located in Davidson, North Carolina. See the Contract Documents for the street list and description of work to be performed. The Contractor shall commence work to be performed under this Contract on or before October 5, 2026, and shall fully complete all work hereunder by November 24, 2026. Bid Delivery: Bids may be delivered to Davidson Town Hall, 251 South Street, Davidson, NC beginning Tuesday, August 25, 2026, and delivered to the reception area, or hand delivered at the time of the bid opening. No bids will be accepted after 2:00 p.m. on September 8, 2026. Bid Hold / Reservation of Rights: No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 30 days.
