PERMIT APPLICATION Ram Leather Care Superfund Site, 5801 Vista Bonita NE, Albuquerque, N.M., has applied for a New NPDES wastewater permit (NC0090506) for Ram Leather Care WWTP, 15100 Albermarle Rd., Charlotte, Mecklenburg County. The facility discharges groundwater remediation wastewater to Unnamed Tributary to Clear Creek in the Yadkin-Pee Dee River basin. Some parameters are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the Yadkin-Pee Dee River basin.
