DUPREE, Defendant. TO: JAQUAN G. DUPREE TAKE NOTICE that a pleading seeking relief against you has been filed in the above-entitled action. The nature of the relief being sought is as follows: On or about March 27, 2023, Jaquan G. Dupree ("Defendant") executed a Security Agreement and Advance Receipt (the "Security Agreement") with Founders Federal Credit Union ("Plaintiff"). Pursuant to the Security Agreement, Plaintiff advanced funds to Defendant for the purchase of a 2016 Chevrolet Camaro (VIN# 1G1FB1RS6G0147148) (the "Collateral"), and Defendant granted Plaintiff a security interest in the Collateral. Defendant failed to make payments when due under the Security Agreement and is in default of his obligations thereunder. After providing all credits due to Defendant, Defendant remains indebted to Plaintiff under the Security Agreement in the amount of no less than $14,423.30, plus interest accruing thereon at the rate of $5.283 per day from and after August 6, 2026 until the date of judgment, and thereafter at the lower of the maximum legal rate or the rate of the Security Agreement until paid. You are required to make defense to such pleading no later than October 2, 2026, said date being 40 days from the date of first publication of this notice, and upon your failure to do so, the party seeking service against you will apply to the court for the relief sought.
