These public hearings will be held in person at Huntersville Town Hall located at 14704 N Old Statesville Road Huntersville NC 28078. Petition #R26-08, a request by Veer Development, LLC to rezone property near the intersection of Sam Furr Rd and Old Statesville Rd (parcel IDs 00543137, 00543136, 00543135, 00543132, 00543131, 00543133) from NR to TOD-R (CD) for a townhome development. Petition #R26-11, a request by Second Street Village, LLC to rezone property at the intersection of N Church Street and 1st Street (Parcel #01903308) from Neighborhood Residential with Conditions to Neighborhood Residential with Conditions to revise an existing approved Townhome development to include an additional four units. Petition #TA26-03, a request by Bradley Daley to increase the total area of accessory structures allowed for residential lots five acres in area and greater. The public is invited to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed changes. Substantial changes may occur to the request based on comments.
