The foregoing, having been considered by the Court, is hereby:

NOTICE TO:
(1) Burton R. Wadsworth, if living and widow, heirs, beneficiaries and/or creditors, if not living;
(2) Michael Koczera, if living and widow, heirs, beneficiaries and/or creditors, if not living;
(3) Wilson Wadsworth, if living and widow, heirs, beneficiaries and/or creditors, if not living;
(4) Beatrice Wadsworth nee Beatrice Orr, if living and widow, heirs, beneficiaries and/or creditors, if not living;
(5) Martha Louise DeBisschop a/k/a Martha Louise DiBisschop, if living and widow, heirs, beneficiaries and/or creditors, if not living;
(6) Dorothy Louise Miller, if living and widow, heirs, beneficiaries and/or creditors, if not living; and
(7) Francis Andrew DeBisschop a/k/a Francis Andrew DeBishop, if living and widow, heirs, beneficiaries and/or creditors, if not living.
The plaintiff has named you as defendants in the complaint brought to the above-named court seeking quiet title to certain premises known as 00 Winkler Road, East Windsor, Connecticut (Map 095/ Block 24/ Lot 065 Winkler Road, East Windsor, Connecticut) described in more detail in the Tax Collector's Deed from the Town of East Windsor to Besheret, LLC which is recorded in Volume 413 at Page 284-285 of the land records for the Town of East Windsor, Connecticut. This complaint was returnable to the above-named court on February 17, 2026, and is now pending therein. The court finds that the defendants listed below have not appeared in this action, and, so far as the plaintiff knows, have not received actual notice of the institution or pendency of it. That so far as is known, the addresses of the listed defendants, if living and widow, heirs, beneficiaries and/or creditors, if not living, are unknown.
(1) Burton R. Wadsworth, if living and widow, heirs, beneficiaries and/or creditors, if not living, formerly of East Windsor Connecticut;
(2) Michael Koczera, if living and widow, heirs, beneficiaries and/or creditors, if not living, formerly of East Windsor, Connecticut and then of Charlotte, North Carolina;
(3) Wilson Wadsworth, if living and widow, heirs, beneficiaries and/or creditors, if not living, formerly of East Windsor, Connecticut;
(4) Beatrice Wadsworth nee Beatrice Orr, if living and widow, heirs, beneficiaries and/or creditors, if not living, formerly of West Suffield, Connecticut;
(5) Martha Louise DeBisschop a/k/a Martha Louise DiBisschop, if living and widow, heirs, beneficiaries and/or creditors, if not living, (nee Martha Louise Wadsworth) formerly of Cheshire, Connecticut;
(6) Dorothy Louise Miller, if living and widow, heirs, beneficiaries and/or creditors, if not living, (nee Dorothy Louise Wadsworth) formerly of East Windsor, Connecticut; and
(7) Francis Andrew DeBisschop a/k/a Francis Andrew DeBishop, if living and widow, heirs, beneficiaries and/or creditors, if not living, formerly of Bethany, Connecticut.
Now therefore, it is hereby ordered that further notice of the institution and pendency of this action be given to each such defendant by some proper officer (or person) by causing a true and attested copy of this order to be published in:
(1) The Hartford Courant, a newspaper circulating in East Windsor, Connecticut and Bethany, Connecticut;
(2) the Charlotte Observer a newspaper circulating in Charlotte, North Carolina;
(3) the Cheshire Herald, a newspaper circulating in Cheshire, Connecticut;
(4) The North Central News, a newspaper circulating in East Windsor, Ellington, Cheshire, Enfield, Somers, Stafford and Suffield Connecticut;
(5) the Fort Mill Sun, a newspaper circulating in Fort Mill, South Carolina;
(6) the Rock Hill Herald, a newspaper circulating in Rock Hill, South Carolina; and
(7) the New Haven Register, a newspaper circulating in southern Connecticut including Bethany and New Haven, Connecticut;
once a week for three (3) successive weeks, commencing on or before August 3, 2026, and that return of service be made to this Court.
