Helms Drive, Monroe, North Carolina until 2:00 P.M. (local time) Tuesday, August 18, 2026. Immediately thereafter, the bids will be publicly opened and read in the Conference Room. All Contractors are hereby notified that they shall have proper Contractor's licenses as required by the state laws governing their respective trade in the state where this Project is located. Notice is hereby given to all bidders that Executive Order 11246 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Part 21, are applicable to this contract.
