These public hearings will be held in person at Huntersville Town Hall located at 14704 N Old Statesville Road Huntersville NC 28078. Petition #R26-07, a request by Bi-Part Development LLC, located at 23325 Maple Branch Drive. This request is to revise Conditional District Rezoning R24-04 to allow for two additional flex buildings on Parcel A. Petition #R26-09, Town 1 Amendment, a request by Treenail Development, located at the Northeast corner of Hambright Rd & Mt. Holly-Huntersville Rd. to revise Conditional District Rezoning #R22-07 to add additional land and make minor revisions. Petition #TA 26-01, a request by Town of Huntersville to amend Zoning Ordinance Articles 3.2.9 Corporate Business (CB) to increase the amount of square footage permitted for "indoor recreation" as a land use.
