PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING NOTICE A Public Information Meeting has been scheduled by the owner of Parcels 195-221-04 and 195-221-03. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, as the owner of the parcels, has plans to submit a conditional zoning request for the above-mentioned parcels to construct a place of worship. The property, located at 5926 Matthews-Mint Hill Road, is currently zoned for Single-Family Residential (R) use. The Town of Mint Hill Unified Development Ordinance permits Church / Place of Worship uses; however, approval requires completion of a Conditional Zoning process. This meeting is being held to present the proposed rezoning, receive community input, and address any questions or concerns.
