Take notice that a Petition has been filed in the above-entitled special proceeding. The nature of the relief being sought is as follows: The Petitioner, Mary C. Immen, as Administrator of the Estate of Shirley Ann Furr, deceased, has filed a special proceeding to determine the heirs at law of Shirley Ann Furr, deceased. Respondents are Amy McGee, Jon Kenley, Jason Kenley, Michael Bright, Keith Bright, Debra Bekham Robians, Kenny Dale, Cindi Dale Womer, Michelle D. Sigmon, Mickey D. Sigmon, Marcus D. Sigmon, Patricia Sigmon Greene, and The unknown, unnamed heirs at law of Shirley Ann Furr, deceased, if any, whose whereabouts, names and locations are unknown, whether in esse, or en ventra sa mere, competent or incompetent, adult or minor, and who have or may have any interest in the Estate of Shirley Ann Furr, deceased.
