NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ABC BOARD BUDGET FY2026-2027 The proposed FY2026-2027 Budget for the Waxhaw ABC Board has been presented to the ABC Board members and is available for public inspection at the Waxhaw ABC Store during normal business hours and on the town's website at www.waxhaw.com. A public hearing has been scheduled for the purpose of receiving public comments pertaining to the proposed budget on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 6:00 pm at the Waxhaw ABC Store, located at 2528 Cuthbertson Road, Waxhaw, NC 28173. Budget Summary Operating Expenses: $952,200 Income Distributions: $706,800 Taxes related to Income: $1,357,000 Revenue from Liquor Sales: $5,916,000 Projected Cost of Goods Sold: $2,900,000 The public is invited to attend the hearing. Substantial changes may occur to the request based on comments from the Public Hearing. The ABC Board reserves the right to recess the public hearing to another place and time.
