ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS HANGING ROCK STATE PARK WATER IMPROVEMENTS Sealed proposals will be received by Randy Ayers with North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, Division of Parks & Recreation until 11:00 AM on June 30, 2026, at the Hanging Rock State Park Office & Visitors Center (1790 Hanging Rock Park Rd, Danbury, NC 27016), for the Hanging Rock State Park Water Improvements project. At that time and location all bids received will be open and read. The Project consists of the demolition of the existing storage tanks, grading and installation of two new 25,000 to 30,000 Gal water storage tanks with associated plumbing, controls and additional ancillary items. Bidding Documents may be viewed and ordered online by registering with Duncan Parnell via their bid room https://bidroom.duncan-parnell.com/. Registration with Duncan Parnell is required to obtain the bid documents and be added to the official Plan Holder's List. Addenda will be notified to those buying full sets from Duncan Parnell via their bid room. The cost of bid documents and shipping is non-refundable. Neither OWNER nor ENGINEER will be responsible for copies of the bid documents obtained from sources other than from Duncan Parnell.
