TOWN OF WEDDINGTON BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The proposed FY 2026-2027 budget for the Town of Weddington has been presented to the Town Council and is available for public inspection at Town Hall from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. There will be a public hearing on the proposed budget at 7:00 p.m. on June 8, 2026, at Weddington Town Hall, 1924 Weddington Road, Weddington, NC 28104. The proposed budget is summarized as follows: Revenues Ad Valorem Taxes $1,894,750 Solid Waste Revenues 500 State-Collected Revenues 1,033,750 Zoning and Subdivision Revenues 30,500 Investment Revenue 200,000 Other Revenues 500 Total Revenues $3,160,000 Expenditures Administrative Expenditures $640,500 Planning and Zoning Expenditures 541,700 General Government Expenditures 1,977,800 Total Expenditures $3,160,000 Total Fund Balance Appropriation $0 The tax rate for FY 2026-2027 is $0.035 per $100 assessed tax value.
