NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – FY 2026–2027 ANNUAL BUDGET The Waxhaw Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be reached, in the Waxhaw Town Hall Board Chambers, located at 4218 Waxhaw-Marvin Road, Waxhaw, North Carolina. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments on the proposed Fiscal Year 2026–2027 Annual Budget, which has been submitted to the Board of Commissioners for consideration. A copy of the proposed budget is available for public inspection in the Town Clerk's Office at Waxhaw Town Hall by appointment and on the Town's website at www.waxhaw.com. Budget Summary Proposed Tax Rate: Twenty-Nine cents ($0.29) per $100 of Assessed Value.
