NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON REQUEST FOR ANNEXATION AHSUL COMMERCIAL PHASE ANNEXATION The public will take notice that, pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143-318.12 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the City Council of the City of Charlotte has called a public hearing to be conducted on Ashul Commercial Phase 1 Area Voluntary Annexation at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, on Monday, May 26, 2026, at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center, 600 East Fourth Street; Charlotte, North Carolina 28202. All interested parties are invited to present comments at the public hearing.
