(2218 Toomey Ave. Ste. 110 Charlotte, NC 28203, 704-357-6602) is requesting BIDS for Charlotte Convention Center - Phase 1 - Hall A&B – Lobby Renovations for the following Bid Packages with the Bid Opening scheduled for June 18th, 2026, at 2:00 PM. 0100-General Trades, 0210-Final Cleaning, 0240-Demolition, 0500-Structural/Misc Steel, 0600-Millwork & Trim, 0740-Metal Panels, 0840-Overhead Coiling Fire Shutters, 0920-Drywall, 0990-Painting, 1000-Specialties, 2100-Fire Protection, 2600-Electrical & Fire Alarm (including low voltage systems). The Project consists of the renovation of the halls A&B Lobby including the overhead doors and fire shutters and work to support these.
