PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Town of Unionville will conduct a public hearing beginning at 7:00 pm on Monday, May 18, 2026, at the Unionville Town Hall, located at 1102 Unionville Church Road, Monroe, NC 28110 to consider ZC-26-01, a request to rezone parcel number 09174102, located at 2919 Concord Highway, from RA-40 to B-2. The general public is invited to attend the public hearing and make comment. As a result of testimony received at the public hearing, the Town Council reserves the right to make changes to the proposed request prior to adoption.
