ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids, including the supply of the necessary labor, equipment, and materials for erection of an electric substation (Delivery #5) for the Town of Pineville, North Carolina, (hereinafter called the "Owner") will be received on or before 2:00 p.m., EST, Friday, May 15th , 2026, in the Conference Room of Pineville Town Hall, located at 505 Main Street, Pineville, North Carolina 28134, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read. Any bids received after the time and date specified will not be considered.
Bids and all supporting documents required to be attached thereto must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the attention of Ms. Tammy Vachon, Town of Pineville, 505 Main Street, Pineville, North Carolina 28134. The name and address of the Bidder, and the date and hour of the opening of bids must appear on the envelope in which the bid is submitted. Bidders will be required to comply with all applicable statutes and regulations, etc. and those attached to and made a part of the bids.
The Town of Pineville reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
The bid will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder taking into consideration quality, performance, and time specified in the bid for the performance of the contract.
