The minor child was born to Evelin Marisol Fuentes on 09/06/2024 in Mecklenburg County, N.C. TAKE NOTICE that a petition seeking the termination of your parental rights and obligations to the above-referenced minor child has been filed against you. The Court will conduct a hearing to determine whether one or more grounds alleged in the petition for terminating parental rights exist.
