Petition #26-01, a request by 2311 Real Estate Holdings LLC to revise the site layout and buffer, located at 12311 Airspeed Drive (Parcel ID # 01704401). Petition for a Master Sign Program, a request by Riyad Brothers to allow for signage at 12815 Statesville Rd. The public is invited to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed changes.
