Givens (Deed Book 3897, Page 933) North 22-04-59 West 340.23 feet to an existing railroad spike in the right of way of Lawing School Road, crossing a new iron pin at 319.36 feet; thence a line in the right of way of Lawing School Road North 36-22-02 East 409.05 feet to the point of Beginning, containing 5.1956 acres, more or less, as surveyed and platted by R.B.
