MINORITY OUTREACH NOTIFICATION FOR UPCOMING PROJECT NOTICE TO MINORITY CONTRACTORS: City of Statesville Warehouse Phase 3 & 4 Statesville, NC Wharton-Smith, Inc. is the Construction Manager at Risk for the Iredell County, NC – City of Statesville Warehouse Phases 3 & 4 to be located at 915 Winston Avenue Statesville, NC 28677 A Project Information & Outreach Session will be held on Tuesday April 28th, from 3:00 to 4:00 PM, at The HUB - 5501 77 Center Dr., Charlotte, NC 28217. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Site work will be broken down into 2 phases within the overall project. Phase #1 Includes +/- 8 acres of site work and site improvements for the South area of the site. Phase #1 of this project is slated for a 90-day schedule starting in late August through November 2026. Phase #2 will include site work and improvements to the North Area of the site as well as Roadwork associated with Winston Avenue. Phase #2 will be bid separately and at a later time to be determined. Tentative packages are listed below, and additional bid packages may be added or deleted at the discretion of the Construction Management. Tentative Bid Packages include, but not limited to: Sitework – (Clearing, site demolition, survey and layout, erosion control, grading, storm drainage, site water/sewer utilities, site concrete, fencing, asphalt paving, striping, decant, including hook up of Owner provided trailers).
