Request for Qualifications: Architecture and Engineering Design Services Orting Senior Center Addition The Orting Senior Center is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide professional design services for the Orting Senior Center Addition Project located in Orting, Washington. This project is anticipated to be funded in part with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Firms that are self-identified or certified with OMWBE are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. A non-mandatory site tour will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the project location: 112 Varner Avenue SE, Orting, WA 98360. Statements of Qualifications must be received April 27, 2026. Submissions received after the deadline may be considered non-responsive and disqualified for further consideration.
