PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Board Meeting to Consider Resolution Approving Agreement to Sell. On May 29, 2025, AHSNF, Inc. ("AHSNF") adopted a resolution declaring its intent to sell, lease or convey four skilled nursing facilities, consisting of (1) Cleveland Pines, a facility with 120 licensed nursing beds located at 1404 N. Lafayette Street, Shelby, North Carolina, (2) Huntersville Oaks, a facility with 168 licensed nursing beds located at 12019 Verhoeff Drive, Huntersville, North Carolina, (3) Sardis Oaks, a facility with 124 licensed nursing beds located at 5151 Sardis Road, Charlotte, North Carolina, and (4) Stanly Manor, a facility with 90 licensed nursing beds located at 625 Bethany Road, Albemarle, North Carolina. AHSNF thereafter conducted a public hearing on the foregoing resolution of intent on June 19, 2025, and subsequently conducted a process to solicit proposals for the sale, lease or conveyance of the aforementioned skilled nursing facilities. AHSNF held a public hearing on November 25, 2025, to hear public comments on such proposals. AHSNF hereby provides notice that, at a meeting of its board of directors to be conducted at 3:30 p.m. on April 13, 2026, AHSNF plans to consider a resolution to approve the execution of a binding agreement to sell such skilled nursing facilities. This board meeting will be held remotely via Zoom.
