CATS Announces Public Hearing for Feedback on Fare Modernization Program CATS will host a public hearing to collect public comments on the changes recommended by the Fare Modernization Program at the regularly scheduled Metropolitan Transit Commission (MTC) meeting on May 7, 2026. Members of the public can make verbal comments at the public hearing. Details of the public hearing and how to participate are below. About the Fare Modernization Program About 18 months ago, CATS launched the Comprehensive Fare Study that provided recommended improvements that CATS is implementing as part of its Fare Modernization Program.
