Town of Davidson Notice of Conveyance of Real Property Pursuant to the provisions of North Carolina G.S. §160A-267, the Town of Davidson hereby provides notice of the adoption of Resolution 2026-06 Approving Conveyance of Property, its intent to sell the real property located at 545 Annie Lowery Way, Davidson, NC 28036, Parcel ID 00324421, to an identified buyer who meets the requirements of the Town's Affordable Housing Program and Resolution 2026-07 Approving Conveyance of Property, its intent to sell the real property located at 549 Annie Lowery Way, Davidson, NC 28036, Parcel ID 00324422, to an identified buyer who meets the requirements of the Town's Affordable Housing Program. North Carolina General Statute §160A-267 authorizes a governmental unit in this state to dispose of property by private sale provided that the Board of Commissioners at a regular meeting adopt a Resolution authorizing the Town Manager to dispose of the property by private sale at a negotiated price and conveyance documents including terms and conditions of the Affordable Housing Program to assure the property remains in the program for a designated term.
