NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Mint Hill Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Mint Hill Town Hall Assembly Room, 4430 Mint Hill Village Lane. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments regarding the following applications:
ZC26-3 Conditional Zoning request to convert an existing house located at 4419 Wilgrove-Mint Hill Road, Tax Parcel #137-062-17, into a professional office.
ZC26-4 Conditional Zoning request to amend the Alton Retail Zoning Plan, property located at 6412 Matthews-Mint Hill Road, Tax Parcel # 195-182-64
