Sealed bids will be delivered to the Iredell County Public Library (201 N. Tradd Street, Statesville, NC 28677) and then read aloud. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Iredell County is constructing a new parking lot as Phase 1 of a multi-phased project for their existing fairgrounds in Troutman, NC. The new fairgrounds parking lot will add an additional 771 parking spaces and include associated site work. The rebid opening process will be as follows: Wednesday, March 25: Sealed bids will need to be dropped off in a box in the Iredell County Public Library (201 N.
